Joe has an eye for the details.

My wife and I had a really good experince with Joe. He was always available. And if we the had a question he could not answer (which was rare) he would find the answer and get back to us as soon as possible. He was unbelievable helpful during closing. He brought some items to light that we would have missed and we were able to get them noted for repair. Thank you "Mr. Cooper".. It was a lot of work but the results speak for themselves.
