Because of one simple, out of our control issue, our home was not the easiest to sell. Joe was very patient with us as he guided us through this stressful experience. Joe was happy to advance money to accomplish certain resolutions and collect at closing...such a help. His resources for experts in different areas were seemingly limitless and his relationship with all of them was quite strong.
