My wife and I had a really good experince with Joe. He was always available. And if we the had a question he could not answer (which was rare) he would find the answer and get back to us as soon as possible. He was unbelievable helpful during closing. Joe was good about only showing us the houses that was in our price range and also had what we were looking for. We lived out of town when we came in he had everything lined up so we could see all the houses in one day.

Joe Cooper helped me buy my first house. I really appreciate the effort he put in, he made time for me. When we started talking about options, the market started shifting pretty aggressively, there were fewer and fewer options available. The timing was pretty tough for buyers, and anything that was a pretty good deal was only on the market for a couple of days. Joe was very helpful about giving me some advice, and helping me understand what the process was going to be like. Sure enough, I did eventually find something that I really liked. He was good about getting information from the seller that I needed, and he went out of his way to work with the inspection guys to make sure everything was right for me. After I closed, there was something unexpected that showed up. It ended up being pretty minor overall, but Joe really went out of his way to help me get it taken care of.
