Joseph Chiovare

We used Joe to sell our house in the Highland Oaks area of Arcadia in the summer of 2015. I actually cold called him to interview him because I did my research and found that he had the highest price per square foot in sales in my area. But that's not why we chose him. We picked him to be our agent because he is thoroughly professional, very personable, and an all-around good person. We wanted someone who would work hard for us but also be pleasant to be around. Joe literally rolled up his sleeves and was not afraid to hose down our house before the pictures, steam the curtains, hang up a mirror, or take in our trash. We had to move to another state before our house closed and he was able to handle the entire transaction via phone calls and email. He was excellent in keeping us updated every step of the way and immediately responded to any questions we had. Joe produces a very finished product, using the best photographer, videographer, and stager around. I am confident that we got the highest price for our house and the best experience possible in what was a very stressful time in our lives.
