Joe came in and helped us determine how to stage the house. He was very savy about the market in Lindsay and in Oklahoma. If we had a question or concern Joe was easy to contact and always kept us informed about the people that were looking.

Joe Chambers performed wonderfully establishing a valid price to our home. We were very unsure just exactly what our home should sell for and what it would appraise for in this market. Joe had some very sound financial advice and a good solid idea of what our home was worth. We are very pleased with the results in everyway. Joe worked well with the buyer's realtor and the whole process went very smooth. Joe also helped in finding our new home and since we are retired we wanted to step down and move away from the city life. This was a much more difficult goal and Joe stayed the course. I feel that there would have been more than one realtor who would have not kept us at the top of their list to help in the most trying part of finding this kind of home. I admit I was thinking it might not happen but through Joe's perseverance he found the perfect home and it did meet every requirement we had steadfastly stated we wanted. In short it seem to us a miracle. Joe deserves the highest praise for his humility, patience, and his knowledge of just what was out there to find our home. Joe Chambers did just a fantastic job and truly went above and beyond and yet maintained his personal and business integrity. All of these virtues are hard to find much less expect in a world totally motivated by greed and money. If you want a personable, kind, and yet aggressive realtor Mr. Joe Chambers is the realtor for you. I suggest you get him as soon as possible. I really feel he will be in such demand soon you won't be as lucky as we were.

Joseph has been amazing! He helped me sell my house and purchase another. It has been an eventful road, but he has done everything in his power to ensure my sell/buy was a priority to others and to keep me updated on any new information. I truly could not have done it without him.

Wanted to try selling our old home ourselves with less than ideal results. I got a call from Joe after a week or so and he thought he could help us out. It took a couple days to get all our paperwork taken care of but within hours of being listed we had a few offers. We decided to take our first offer and had it under contract within the first 48 hours. We were blown away by Joe’s knowledge and salesmanship. We usually received at least an email or two per week and Joe always answered the phone to field my questions no matter the time of day or night. Closing has now come and gone and I can’t recommend Joe enough. I’m extremely glad I answered the phone when he called me that afternoon.

Joseph was very professional and very connected to this sale. He was an excellent detailed manager! He also was very forthcoming to let us know what was going on and to let us know that he was working on it during the quiet times!!!
