Joe Chamberlain went above and beyond to help us get into the right house.

I have work with Joe and Mountainscape Realty on two occasions, once 7 years ago when selling a home and most recently this year when purchasing a second home. Joe was tireless in his efforts to find us a property that met our needs and desires. Joe worked hard to coordinate viewing of the property, leading us on virtual tours as we were physically located in Florida during the search process. Once we identified our property Joe worked to get our offer in shape, advising us on how best to structure our deal. During due diligence Joe was a great help coordinating the various inspections needed to complete the transaction. On closing day Joe met us at the closing attorney's office and walked us through the process. This is the first home I've attempted to purchase from such a great distance, I'm sure we could not have completed the purchase without Joe's expert assistance.
