My experience with Joseph was most satisfactory. He was pleasant to work with and very helpful.
It was a pleasure having Joe represent me in a recent house sale. He was recommended to me by a mutual friend and I am extremely pleased with Joe's service. His market knowledge is above reproach. He kept in constant contact with me as the sale proceeded. As I live in another state, he went above and beyond to ensure the house was mortgage inspection ready by installing appropriate alarms and appliances for me. The closing was smooth, and he would have attended with me if it were not for Covid-19. I was impressed with Joe's market knowledge, communication skills and professionalism. He helped me realize a profit far above my expectations. I have nothing but praise for Joe and highly recommend him.
