His expert advice and approach to sales strategy was invaluable to us and put us at ease knowing that we were in good hands. He helped us decide what repairs were necessary and which would not be decisive in the sales. He even helped perform some of the minor repairs needed such as sheet rock and spackling work, garage door adjustment and other minor repairs. Where necessary he recommended contractors to be used for plumbing, junk removal, floor installation and painting. every open house held by him had timely reports and feedbacks from potential buyers and his recommendation on what actions to take if any. He became involved with our attorney after recommending him and assisted in gathering the necessary documents for the closing.
