Joe is very knowledgeable about the Northbridge market. At the start of our sales process, Joe had all the comps for the relevant nearby properties. We went to a couple of open houses to look at the "competition." As important, Joe had the inside on new listings about to come on the market, and the potential impact these could have on our sales process. All of this was very helpful in setting our listing price, and attracting potential buyers to our property. Once we were under agreement, Joe gave us a checklist of things we needed to do and timing, and was on top of us to make sure we had no issues to hold up the closing.
