Joe was very helpful throughout the entire sales process, from pre-Listing to Closing. Joe was also well-received by neighbors (and brokers, I believe) for his pleasant demeanor and insightful comments regarding the house, 2012 renovations and the immediate neighborhood. I also found that he was very good at following up with brokers (and prospective purchasers) once they expressed an interest, with the ultimate goal of getting contract(s) in hand. Over the holidays, Joe was engaged in several discussions with a local broker for a couple that was interested in the house. Joe encouraged them to make an offer. After still being far apart on price, Joe suggested that we (myself as Seller) order an appraisal. The appraisal was received the following week and Joe requested that the purchasers increase their offer by 3.125% to the Appraised Value.... They increased their offer and we closed 17 days later! This was the fastest residential closing ever, as I told Joe. Well done!!!
