Joe worked continuously to find us a house to meet our requests: price range, square footage, yard size, amount of neighbors living close to us, place for a garden, even down to me saying I wanted a coat closet at entrance! We would get info from him throughout the day & if we wanted to take a spur of the moment walk thru all we had to do was call Joe. Any questions or concerns that would arise we knew we could call him & he would help us. He gave us advice on specific situations which we appreciated.
