I bought my home with Joe about a year ago and was beyond impressed. After working with almost a dozen agents with no luck, I walked into his office on complete accident. I found a home I knew would not be on the market long and while I was across the street from his office. A couple hours later I was walking through the home and about an hour after that sending in an offer. I did not buy that home, but through the process of buying my current, Joe’s professionalism was unparallel to any other agent I have worked with. He would follow up on any of my questions or concerns on the same day and regularly kept me updated with the status of any offers I placed. There wasn’t a single moment that Joe disappointed me. It’s not only Joe but also the staff he employs that made the whole buying experience as simple as possible. There isn’t another agent I would use in the future other than Joe and I highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home.
