Joe has a lot of experience with the housing market and it shows. He knew what to look for when touring houses and was able to give his thoughts on what the house was actually worth. I appreciate that Joe never tried to push me in any direction throughout the process and just gave me the information I needed to make the best decision for myself. He explained each step of the buying process to me as it came and was great with answering any questions I had in a timely manor. He also handled all of the complicated parts like scheduling walkthroughs, communication with the listing agents, and writing offers with ease. I know I wasn’t his only client at the time but it felt like I was with the amount of personalized attention I was given.
