Out of State? Not a problem!

Ben was a major help Tony’s, particularly because we live out of state. He was on site at all the right times, meeting inspectors for us, and even sourcing HVAC specialists. When we were in town, prepping the townhouse for sale, he even helped me when I was changing the faucet! The real reason for our positive review though is because Ben helped us price the townhouse right and then assisted us with negotiations so the sale price ended up being higher than our asking price!
