Joe Bega is a very good realtor, who was easy to work with, and worked hard to get the most out the sale of three properties he sold for me. My out-of-state realtor interviewed three realtors and recommended Joe. It was a good recommendation. Joe knew how to work with buyers, when buyers wanted unwarranted concessions. Joe is extremely knowledgeable about the commercial and residential market, helpful and understanding of the customer needs and is not pushy at all. His approach is catered to what the customer is looking for. He takes time to research each property and shares his independent opinion about the pluses and minuses. We had an excellent experience buying a home of our choosing with Joe and you would too if you work with him and share your requirements with him. When the time came to close on a property, he checked and double checked everything for us to make sure we don’t have any surprises after the move-in.
