Joe was able to get us into a house the same evening that we sent it to him and sent in the offer later that night. Within hours we received updates from him on his contact with the sellers agent and he was very involved throughout the whole process. I'd recommend Joe for anyone looking for a house in the WNY region!
Joe was a fantastic agent. He knew my style and what I was looking for along with keeping it within my budget. He communicated with me daily and was able to keep me optimistic and encouraging along the journey of finding the right house! I couldn’t have asked for a better person to purchase my home from.
I lived on Long Island and I was looking to buy a home in Buffalo. Joe sent me daily homes to look at so I could get an idea of what was available. Anything I showed interest in, he did a virtual walk through with me. He always answered my questions and got back to me quickly when I sent a text. Always the professional and he definitely knew the market. He was a great help in finding me that perfect home. He is an outstanding real estate agent and I would highly recommend him.
Joe is a fantastic realtor! He has been my realtor for over 20 years. Joe is very knowledgeable about the market, what people are looking for and how to present your house. This property was my parents, Joe was kind, considerate and extremely helpful during a difficult process. That being said, he has a great knack for finding someone the right house too! He found me my home 23 years ago!
Joe is knowledgeable, experienced and has the utmost integrity and patience. I highly recommend him (and have) to family and friends. Joe was our agent for both the sale of our home and purchase of new.
Joe always answered my text within minutes of me texting him. Thank you Joe for keeping me informed of every aspect of the sale.
