Excellent - highly recommend!
Had a wonderful home-buying experience with Joseph Banh. He was always prompt in his communications and very responsive. Knowledge of the area is superb. He successfully guided us through a competitive offer process and was willing to do this on a very short turnaround time to try to enhance our chances of having our offer accepted. Very personable and easy to work with. I would give him my highest recommendation!
