He keeps me up to date with everything going on including but not limited to finding homes, setting up the viewings, as well as seller feedback. After dealing with 4 realtors; one wanted to lock in for a year contract that would of cost $1000 to $2500 gauranteed no matter the outcome, another that continually blow us of, another who would not allow me any input on where or which home to look at, and lastly a family member that pressured us to get more funding from the bank than I wanted.
