Jay has extensive market knowledge of the metro Detroit area and we looked at a lot of properties in this crazy market. The home that I ended up buying Jay was on point every step of the way. Highly recommend Jay’s expertise!
Market knowledge was extensive from Ecorse to Inkster, from Detroit to Melvindale. He keeps me up to date with everything going on including but not limited to finding homes, setting up the viewings, as well as seller feedback. After dealing with 4 realtors; one wanted to lock in for a year contract that would of cost $1000 to $2500 gauranteed no matter the outcome, another that continually blow us of, another who would not allow me any input on where or which home to look at, and lastly a family member that pressured us to get more funding from the bank than I wanted. Jay was a breath of fresh air which turn my experience of searching for a home a complete 180 degrees around. I appreciated Mr. Ambrozy time, effort, and wisdom in my home buying process.
Jay was extremely knowledgeable in the market are where we were looking! Very personable, patient and responsive to all of our needs. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend his services as well as to use his services again in the future!! Jay is the man!!
