Josef was recommended to me by a friend so I decided to use him as my realtor to try get my home sold. What a good choice Josef turned out to be, he came out to evaluate my home and told me about what he thought he could get my home sold for and I was surprised at how high his estimate range was. From that day forward he took care of everything, I even had to leave town for a couple of weeks during this time, just leave him the key to your house and it is in good hands. He calls, text or Emails you when he says he will and best of all he’ll respond to your calls,text and Emails promptly. It was truly great working with Joe. I moved from New York so I had no knowledge of South Miami at all. In working with Joe, of course I gave him the basics of what I thought I was looking for.
