Josee is an easy-going person who helped us through a stressful time. No sale is without its problems, and our sale had its fair share. Josee managed the process (and us) through the ups and downs with the right amount of patience and persistence to get the job done.
I enjoyed working with Josee Linder she went above and beyond to help me with the sale of my property. Josee helped me with the paperwork I needed for the title company to complete the sale. I would recommend her to my friends.
Josee knows how to work well with lender and appraiser. She goes out of her way for you to sell your home. "Top Notch"
Ms. Lindner kept me informed throughout the process of selling my property.
Josee is knowledgeable and truly cares about you. She helped the process run smoothly and patiently answered our 101 questions lol. She also helped me find new property. If you want someone who will be there for you step-by-step and get you the best price or find your new home, she’s the best! You’ll have a new friend when it’s all done.
Josie was wonderful I could not have asked for anyone better I will always turn to her with my real estate needs thank you Josee so much
excellent person always with the best disposition to do things 100% recommended
I had this vacant lot for a long time & had signed up to 2 realtors already but my contracts expired and no sale happened. They had inquiries but didn't meet my price. Nothing happened until Josee called me. I didn't expect that she could sell it for how much I want & I was shocked within 3 months she called me that she got a deal already. I could hardly believed but she did. She is really an excellent realtor and if I think of selling another property, I would surely have her handle it again. I would strongly recommend her to anyone who wants to make a property sale.
Not only did Josee help us sell our property but she also helped us find our dream home. Josee has been so patient with helping us find all the things we wanted in our forever home. We highly recommend her for selling or buying.
Josee and I make a very good team together. She has so much experience in the housing industry she can take on any issue, come up with a solution that makes everyone satisfied and happy that they had Josee as their agent. We had to make a couple price changes along the way to finalize a closing deal! The client was so excited we allowed him to get into his new place a couple days to start the upgrading while the paperwork was being finalized.
A great communicator and professional within the entire process. If your looking for a agent that truly cares about your real estate journey then look no further, Josee is the answer...
