Jose was available for us for months. We had a hiccup Months prior and he set aside his agenda to help us find a home in a hurry. Fast forward a few months, he was great! Made sure to get our house out there, social media, open houses, and sold. I would use him again!!
Jose and his team of people made our house buying experience and easy as it could possibly be. He sent us the most current listings and investigated ones we found. He really advocated for us with the seller and made sure everything flowed smoothly. We found a house put in an offer and closed in under 30 days. That’s crazy in this market right?? We can’t recommend Jose enough. He listened to what we were looking for in a home for our family and helped us make it happen. We love our house and new neighborhood. We couldn’t be more happy with the entire experience.
I appreciated Jose's calm and easy going demeanor during our search for a home. He showed us a number of different homes in the area we were looking at to get a sense of what we like/dislike. He was never pushy or trying to oversell anything. When we got to the offer stage, he gave us the information to make an informed decision, but never pushed us beyond what we wanted to do. He made suggestions to create the strongest offer within our budget, but made sure we were happy and comfortable with our offers. During such a difficult and unusual market for the central coast, he was a crucial asset to the process.
Moving from So. Cal to be closer to our granddaughter in Grover Beach (over 6 hours away by car) was our number one goal. It was a challenge during a very competitive market. While my husband and I were down south, both Jose and I were online looking for something, anything that was in our price range and it was a shock to see what some houses were going for. We gave him the general idea of what we were looking for but we were also trying to be flexible. There were a couple of times I would call him about a listing I found that didn't really match our requirements and he would travel over a half hour one way to take pictures and videos to show us, then drive back to write up an offer while we anxiously waited. Unfortunately, we were out bid on several offers, but Jose kept up a positive attitude and kept on looking. Fast forward a few months, now instead of sometimes going months without seeing our granddaughter, we happily only go days. Rick and I consider Jose and his wife our first friends in our new community of Santa Maria. Thank you Jose!
