This was our first time buying a home after being rejected so many times. In 2021 crazy market and no experience, Jose was awesome and went above and beyond for us. We were so anxious and overwhelmed we probably made it hard on him but he never discouraged us and he was so helpful.He was honest and I would recommend him and his team a million times. If you want a home, and honesty 100% with no doubt contact him. His knowledge and patience will get you into the home of your dreams... he did with us ??

I am purchasing my first home and have not been contacted by this realtor in over 3 weeks and he will not be at my closing either. I ended up having to handle all of my own negotiations pertaining to the build and purchase of my VERY FIRST home purchase because I was not responded to by him. This process should have been smoother and I should have had guidance from my realtor yet was left with no communication for weeks at a time. Please go with your gut and if you don't feel comfortable with the realtor and their responses when starting the process. I do not recommend him what so ever. He collected a check and that is all that he was out for.

Jose help me locate an investment property in the Shelby, NC area earlier in 2018. The process was well communicated and the digital signing processing employed by his office made completing documents easy to do.
