It was good
House sold as expected. Would of liked more education on how the sale may impact my earnings and what responsibilities are tied with closing on a home such as taxes and other costs.

Sale of duplex in Aurora IL.
I had a wonderful experience contracting Realtor Jose Salgado. He was very skilled and knowledgeable in providing the up-to-date information l needed in marketing my property. I was very pleased with his marketing knowledge in that he explained all options clearly and with great professionalism. Most of all his communication with me was very clear and to the point. His negotiating expertise was so unique that he was able contract sale offers much higher than the original asking price. Jose's professional expertise was evident from the start to the finish of the sales.
