Jose was so great to work with. When looking for a new home I really wanted a patient realtor and Jose definitely had patience in spades! He helped us find our dream home (it wasn’t even one we saw listed!) he just listened to our needs and wants on our new home and was able to come up with some great options! Jose was excellent. This was my first time buying a house, so I didn't really know what to look for when touring places. After being connected with Jose, he was always available to tour and would point things out that we should be looking for. I was always comfortable asking him his honest opinion of a home, because I knew he wouldn't be pushy or try to put me in a place that had issues. Jose found the home that I am in now, and got me in very quickly for a tour. When we decided to move forward, they got the negotiations started immediately and got me into my first home on the first offer I submitted. He really listens and takes into account what you are looking for. He is also always willing to go tour houses and would frequently reach out to see if I wanted to tour some places.
