Jose Ramirez

Jose has been great to work with. He helped us find our starter home in 2013 and our forever home in 2019. When we were first time home buyers we had so much to learn. Jose was very patient with us while we asked a thousand questions and kept trying to decide between what time of home and what location. Because of our indecisiveness we searched for a while, but Jose never lost his commitment for helping us find something that was right for us (and never made us feel pressured). We found our amazing condo in Torrance and it was a perfect starter for us. In 2019, we were ready for our next home and we didn't think twice about asking for Jose's help. This time we needed help finding a SFR while also finding renters for our condo. Jose was able to help with both which was a sigh of relief. This time our questions were about becoming landlords and renting out our place. His patience, honesty, and friendly demeanor made it so easy for us to work with him. He was quick to respond to our emails, texts, and calls. If we decide on buying a third time we would absolutely reach out to Jose again. We refer him to all of our family and friends.
