My husband and I were searching for a new home, and we were not having any luck. We had an agent and things were not working out. We had at least 5 offers rejected. I pray about it, and I found Jose on the internet, on a property that really caught my eye. Unfortunately, it was off market. same day, long story short it was Jose property. He was honest from the beginning and promise he will find a better home for us. Jose was so nice and genuine that we put our trust that he will be the one to find our home. Jose showed us several homes any day or hour of the week, he was always present with us. We like two homes we put offers on both he uses his background in Psychology as his tool. He knows how to express himself and word things correctly. Both offers were accepted within a time frame, we pick the best home that was more suitable for us. We close escrow in 21 days. It was truly a pleasure working with Jose to find my new home.
