I was looking for a home closer to work and saw a sign on a property for sale. I contacted the agent (Jose Perez) who handled everything for me. I did not even have my house listed for sale but Jose said he could sell mine to get me into the new house. Not only did he sell it, he sold it within 20 hours of listing it. That meant no more showings, no more appointments to deal with etc.. This was absolutely the fastest sale I am aware of. He set me up with the loan and title company who were great and handled everything. From viewing, inspections and keeping me abreast of what was next, Jose was always on top of his game. His integrity, vast knowledge of the area, real estate, and procedures, are reasons enough to use his services but he himself, being the professional he is, would be my reason to refer him to others. In fact, Jennifer sold me the house (10 years ago) that I was trying to currently sell, so it was fantastic to see her still in the business when I needed a hand.
