For more than two decades, sales has been at the heart of what I do. My journey began in 2002 at RadioShack, where I took one of the lowest-performing stores in the borough and, within a year, became the top salesperson in the city. That experience taught me a lesson that still drives my business today: success comes from understanding people’s needs, creating value, and negotiating skillfully.
Since 2004, I have brought that same mindset into real estate in New York, and in 2025, I expanded my business into New Jersey. I now use my proven sales and negotiation skills to help homeowners sell for top dollar, with a special focus on estate property sales and homes that previously failed to sell with another agent.
Selling an estate property takes more than simply putting a home on the market. It requires patience, strategy, strong communication, and an understanding of the challenges families and estate administrators often face during an emotional process. I take pride in helping estate sellers move forward with clarity, confidence, and a plan designed to maximize value while reducing stress.
I have also built a strong niche helping sellers whose homes did not sell the first time. When a property sits on the market without selling, there is usually a reason. I specialize in identifying what went wrong, repositioning the home, and creating a more effective strategy to get it sold. Many times, the issue is not the home — it is the plan behind it.
In 2025, my average seller client sold their home for 3% above the asking price, while many competing listings sold below asking. My focus is simple: create value, market effectively, negotiate strongly, protect your equity, and help you move forward successfully.
If you are selling an estate property, or your home did not sell with another agent, I would welcome the opportunity to help you achieve a better result.
