Jose was the listing agent for the house we just sold. He is the only agent I know that also has a JD degree. This knowledge of the law enablesl him to explain all the legal paperwork in easy Layman’s terms. He gave us all the correct advice on properly staging the house to achieve maximum price and a quick sale. I can’t say enough positive things about our experience with Jose.
