Jose’ did the near impossible selling my home. Hurdles he jumped: Last minuet decision to sell. Owner (Me). too attached and not really wanting to “let go”. Home, garage and yard in construction disarray. A 144 page home inspection report. Unsettled divorce decree on title. Home “split” with cranky renter in daylight basement. Me requesting to “Rent-back” for 8 months. Only 1 open-house (again no staging). Chicken poop all over the everything. 1/3 driveway filled with building tools and materials. Jose’s home rental, flipping and managing experience was obvious as he guided me through decisions. With all the “loose ends”, there were at a hundred phone calls, maybe more for him, plus all the texts, but there was never a “lag” in response. Like a hound after birds. Did I mention I was out of town during the open-house and early stage of the process? I could tell he knew what I was going through, and he “smoothed” all the above issues for the buyers as well, because the buyers and I both are very happy, and I’m so thankful. I’d use him again without reservation.
