Jose kept us informed every time there was something to report. He carefully communicated every time there was a showing including all the comments from the showing agent and potential buyer. We live out of town, so we relied heavily on Jose's info regarding any details that needed attention to keep the home looking its best for showing. The final purchase arrangements went smoothly and quickly. Jose was a good resource as we negotiated the final price with the buyer and buyer's agent.
