Jose helped the reviewer buy this property

Couldn’t have done it without Jose!

Having worked with a previous realtor who was not willing to put in any effort, I am So thankful to have been introduced to this Man! From day one, he has been nothing but amiable and courteous. Jose has made himself available to answer any questions we may have, and ease us (my husband and I) through this very stressful process. Jose understands the demands of the current housing market and ensures to deliver an offer that can put you above all other buyers. After only working with him for a little over 2 months (thanks to his expertise) we have finally closed on a multi-family property! But it doesn’t stop there, as new landlords, we have many questions about our responsibilities and laws that partains to our tenants. Jose has helped us figure all of it out and stays in contact to ensure things run smoothly. Jose Thank you much! 100% RECOMMEND!
