Because the home was held with multiple parties, Jose and his staff arranged for digital signatures to ensure that all parties could sign in a timely manner to keep the process moving forward. A few months ago I found myself tasked with having to sell a house in Walla Walla though I live a 4 hour drive away. Not having any connections to real estate people in the area I studied the reviews of agents on various web sites. One of the agents that had stellar reviews was Jose Martinez. I gave him a call and have never regretted it. Even though I've sold a number of houses in my time and could easily study the market via the internet, I came to trust Jose's deep knowledge of the nuances of the local neighborhood where the home was located in setting a price that took advantage of the hot market and yet was fair and would allow for a quick sale. The house was in need of at least some minimal repair and cleaning and Jose was instrumental in helping me find a number of sub-contractors and cleaners who not only did an outstanding job but were a great value as well. (I wish some of them could help me with my own house but alas, I live too far away.) Once my work was done in getting the house ready for sale, the whole sales process went so smoothly that I'm told my transaction was the fastest transaction from listing to closing that Jose has ever experienced. (It helps to have a cash buyer!) To summarize then, I highly recommend Jose for all your real estate agent needs. It's hard for me to imagine you could find someone better.
