I was very apprehensive when I decided it was best to sell our property. But Mr. Martinez showed great strengths in all areas in the journey of this sell. His ability to communicate the needs this property needed to get top market value cost me minimum. The property sold within days above listed price. Thank you Mr. Martinez. I wish you the best in your real estate career.

Jose did everything and more than he promised. He was extremely efficient and expedited everything in a very timely matter. He iv very friendly and Family oriented. You cannot go wrong by hiring Jose. If I ever sell another home, he will be the first to be called.

My wife Linda and I met Jose Martinez through the purchase of a home in Las Vegas. He was the agent of the seller. We got to know him during the process. We were very impressed with his professionalism and his ability to deal with every circumstance that developed through the sale. Eleven months later we decided we needed to move back to CA to be near are adult children due to our age and health circumstances that arose. Upon making the decision to put our house on the market, we immediately called Jose. One very important aspect to us is the fact that Jose always got back to us very quickly with every phone call, text or email. Right away, he began marketing the sale. He took very good photos of the inside and outside of our home. We had many prospects from the very beginning. We sold our home rather quickly for a very good price with Jose’s help. We would highly recommend Jose Martinez to any one in the Las Vegas area and beyond to give Jose a call. You will be happy that you did. Sincerely, Bob and Linda Dixon

We have used Jose for three transactions of selling and buying houses. He has always come through for us at the highest level.
