As unbelievable as this may sound, Jose is much more concerned with finding his client a home that they are genuinely happy with and can afford, than he is in making a profit for himself. In fact, Jose even talked me out of looking at more expensive homes that I was initially interested in because he believed they would be financially detrimental to me in the future. In addition, he found homes for me to look at that he believed were a better fit. In the end he helped me secure a high-quality, affordable home in a great location that I could not be any happier with!
