Jose was awesome helping us buy our new home. He was always flexible and quick to reply in order to meet our needs with my husband’s work schedule. He was also very intuitive and knowledgeable whenever we asked for his thoughts on putting in offers. But, he would never shut us down if we did want to put in a crazy offer. He even worked with us to help repair some discrepancies that the sellers didn’t fix. I recommended him to my family members that are going to work with him in August. I also recommend him to anyone in Colorado looking. He’s closer to Denver but didn’t hesitate to travel to CO springs and Commerce City when we were interested in looking there.
