Went Smoothly in Spite of Obstacles
Decided to buy a house in the spur of the moment with an international trip coming and Jose was able to arrange everything before I left so the transaction went smoothly. He was always in communication when required while I was away and kept me updated. Then when the sellers caused delays, Jose spent time working with their agent to get things resolved and gave me excellent advice on what to do (and not do). Jose was very patient dealing with all the unexpected and unusual issues. I highly recomment Jose Marquez if you're looking for an agent.
