Jose is an amazing realtor that I wish all El Paso realtors strived to be. As a buyer, I worked with three El Paso realtors before Jose including one that supposedly marketed themselves as military-friendly/oriented. My issues with my previous realtors were their communication, lack of help with bids or questions of listing price, and/or just whether or not they had my best interest at heart. Eventually, I stumble upon Jose through Redfin. He exceed my expectations for a realtor (especially in a seller market). He keep me updated with my various bids and continued to hold that standard through the purchasing process; constant push of info to me rather me having to pull info from him. He helped me build and/or analyze my bids, which kept them competitive without going over tremendously. In contrast, my previous realtors simply wanted me to throw obscene amount of money to see what sticks (no analysis on their part). Throughout my whole time with him, I felt he was fighting for me and not simply just trying close another quick deal. I highly recommend him to others especially those in the military community.
