Jose helped me purchase my first home. As a first time home buyer, I was clueless and had many questions. Jose was very knowledgeable and patient with me; and explained everything in detail from the housing market all the way to electrical wiring of the house. Not only does he have real estate experience, but he has experience in construction/contract work, so he was able to point out frame, foundation, roof, electrical, etc. make up of the house, and made honest suggestions if I should move forward with a property or not. I was on a tight schedule, and viewed many houses all over the place. Jose was always just a phone call or text message away, and made appointments for me usually the same day. He is really a great person overall, and I would highly recommend him to all. Thank you again Jose for everything!

Jose is the best real estate to have on either side of negotiation. He was listing agent, but he made sure that the property that I bought was to my satisfaction even after closing date. <br/><br/>He is very responsible and true to his promises. I would highly recommend his service to anyone, and definitely use his service either when buying an additional property or selling my current property later on.
