Jose personally saw that all of the paperwork was ready and timely available. Then, because we live outside of town, he personally saw that the needed work on the house was done on time and at a reasonable price. Finally he managed to sell the house at what we considered to be the proper price. His work was outstanding and matched the recommendation that had been made to me regarding how satisfied we would be .
