Beyond Satisfied and Thankful!

My husband and I, are incredibly thankful and beyond satisfied with Jose's services. We definitely recommend him! In a market where bidding wars made it nearly impossible to get an offer accepted, thanks to Jose's knowledge, expertise, and ability to negotiate; we were able to get our dream home. He knew our needs down to a tee and was able to fulfill that and more. We were on a very tight time limit, he made sure the process went smoothly, that everything was on track, and thanks to his awesome work we were able to close 2 weeks before our deadline and for that we are immensely grateful. He has great attention to detail, awesome communication and listening skills, a great team of people that also helped make this happen. But above all, he is trustworthy, honest, and a man full of integrity. His focus wasn't for us to get any house but for us to get THE house, and thanks to him, we did just that.
