Jose worked with us on buying a first house for a young couple. He was very flexible, including pausing our search to match the end of an apartment lease. From that point forward, he worked to find a property that fit the budget (which was tight) and with an awareness of what conditions would fit the ability to maintain the house. His connections helped with all of the details around inspections, insurance in Florida, utilities, and being sure the condition at closing was right. Couldn't have done this without him being on our side!
