If there was anything we didn't understand he was able to explain it in detail even the most mundane things. Even for someone like me who was selling a house for the first time I was able to understand everything he explained to me. He was very helpful and patient. There was a small problem with the buyers part. But Jose assured me and helped me through the process every step of the way even after the house was fully sold off.

I invited a number of Estate Agents to view the property and had a list of questions for all of them. At this stage I was impressed with Jose. He had good local knowledge and understanding and knew the profile of buyers interested in the area. I had the house on sale with rex in the previous month and didn't get much interest and felt they were not as proactive in marketing the property. Jose had prospective buyers in place very quickly and a firm offer in a matter of weeks. The sale was handled and cannot praise him enough.
