Jose helped the reviewer sell this property

Knowledgeable Agent that works hard and keeps his customers fully informed.

For full disclosure, Jose has been a personal friend of my wife and I for several years. We usually have a hard rule that we never mix business with friendship, but over the years we have seen Jose’s work ethic and we knew that there could be no choice but to have him help us to sell our home. We knew that no one would work harder, and we were right. From beginning to end, Jose was there for us to answer all of our questions, give insightful suggestions, and make sure that the sale went swiftly and smoothly, keeping us updated every step of the way. In very large part to Jose’s suggestions and hard work, we were able to get our home sold in the first week that it was on the market, and above the asking price. To say that we are satisfied with the job that Jose did for us is an understatement. If you are in the market to buy or sell a home, my wife and I strongly recommend Jose! You will definitely not be disappointed!
