We recently had Jose sell our house where we have lived for 52 years. It was a difficult decision to sell and downsize, but it was time. There was no question that we would engage Jose to be our realtor for this process, and we are exceedingly glad we did. His expertise and knowledge of our neighborhood allowed him to set a reasoned selling price which, ultimately, produced bids well above the asking price. He was with us and kept in contact all through the selling process, helping setup contracts for new interior painting, new carpets, cleaning, and staging.
