Jose found me my 1st home it was a piece of cake, then 2 yrs later I woke up and said I want to sell. I texted Jose, sell it, but you will also have to find me a new home to move to...my 1st home sold in less than 2 weeks, Jose was on a mission. I gave him a list of must/or deal breakers for my next purchase, by the end of the month I was in escrow in my 2nd home. I am loving it. when I decide to sell you best believe I will be having Jose sell it again. I may have to use a different agent since I do plan to move out of state. From the moment I said Jose sell my home but you will also l have to find me my new home . Jose took the challenge, mind you it was not easy, I work nights and having to see homes during the day, he lined them up and we'd knock them out, we were on a mission.
