Jose Contreras and his team were everything we wanted in a realty group. They are savvy, responsive, creative, professional and skilled negotiators. Jose has excellent instincts and was willing to pull out all of the stops to win. The Southern CA market is highly competitive. He and Mariam Al Hasbani worked hard to get us into a great home without having to overbid as is the norm in Los Angeles.
