Jose brought his "A" game every time we met. He did his homework on all the properties I wanted to tour. He knew the market value of the specific home as well as the area. Resale was an important component of our purchase and he was able to show us in real time and with documentation how the homes sold in the past, current sales, and forecasted expectations based on past history for the area. I kept track and he accompanied me to over 70 properties. I also returned to some several times and with each visit he reminded me of the logistics with smile and patience. He was present at every showing moving his calendar several times to make sure he could show me the properties I was interested in sometimes with 2 hours or less notice. At a point when I was getting discouraged, as we were being out bid, Jose continued to have an AMAZING positive attitude always ending with "I am going to be with you until you find your perfect home!" and I believed him EVERY TIME he said it... AND HE DID. I found my perfect home! We appreciated his counsel when we were making offers and he was honest and forthcoming with his feedback and forecast in terms of the likelihood of acceptance. I appreciated that and he was spot on every time which impressed my husband tremendously.
