I am a person that requires tons of facts to make a decision. I bombarded Jose with questions and requests. Jose delivered every time! I was so impressed with his level of experience, knowledge, and valued any suggestion he made. I told him exactly what I was looking for and he delivered. Through any obstacle, he was there putting in the work at all hours. Even with managing and negotiating a difficult sale, he pulled through. It served as a testament to his experience, and skillset. Jose was assigned to me when I was interested in touring our first home via Zillow. It’s my wife and I’s first home purchase & of course the lack of knowledge & daunting process of purchasing a home was a bit scary for us. Jose made us feel very comfortable from the very beginning, explaining the process each step of the way, removing some of the weight on our shoulders. Over the course of about two months, we viewed a handful of homes with Jose, sometimes multiple in one day. I would let Jose know which homes we were interested in & send him the link from Zillow and he would setup the tour as earliest as possible working with our schedule, not his! If I could give 10 stars for “Responsiveness” rating above, I certainly would. He answered every txt and call that I had within 30 mins, no matter what time of the day. He brought us booties for our shoes to protect homes we were touring & ensured we were following all safety protocols related to COVID. We are now nearing the end of the process of purchasing our first home & dream home in which he found us a really good deal on a home we love and in the exact area we wanted. He got us in front of the seller & agent before anyone else & we placed an offer right away, now we’re currently closing Escrow on it! I’m 100% confident if he didn’t employ his strategy to get us in there, in this market, we would’ve lost the home to another buyer or would’ve had to pay $20k-$30k more just to win a bidding war, but that was not the case. Bottom line is, Jose is as experienced, knowledgeable, and very responsive as an agent as you can get!
